ROMAN MYKULA

Education and Experience
Dr. Roman Mykula graduated with overall honours in Medicine and Surgery from The University of Sheffield Medical school, then completed the basic surgical training programme at Cambridge University Hospitals. After which, he specialised in Plastic Surgery at Oxford University Hospitals.
Later on, he won a nationally appointed competitive placement as a Royal College of Surgery Training Interface Group Fellow specialising in Head and Neck Surgery.
Following further fellowship in Skin Oncology, he underwent specialist training in an international fellowship in Head and Neck Surgery and Microsurgery in the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital in Australia.
He practised as a consultant in Australia, prior to being appointed to Oxford University Hospitals and Royal Berkshire Hospital Reading as a Consultant in Plastic Surgery specialising in Head and Neck, Skin Oncology, and Perineal Reconstruction.
He has published research articles and presented internationally in related fields, including:

- Microsurgery
- Gynaecology Reconstruction
- Skin Oncology
